Housing Hub Counseling Services
Piedmont Housing Alliance (PHA) offers many resources at its Financial Opportunity Center + Housing Hub office. Housing Hub counselors help renters with landlord/tenant issues, explain information about fair housing laws, and guide first-time homebuyers through all the steps in the process. Limited funding for down payment loans may be available to homebuyers who complete classes with PHA and Virginia Housing and meet certain eligibility requirements.
