Offender Aid and Restoration helps ex-offenders overcome the challenges they face when returning home to join their families and the community. OAR can give referrals to shelters, housing, treatment programs, rental assistance, and medical assistance. OAR also provides help filling out various applications and getting identification cards, as well as transportation assistance, emergency food, emergency clothing, GED scholarships, employment services, and case management.
