The Laura DeLapp Haven Housing Fund provides financial assistance for people in Charlottesville and the surrounding counties who are homeless or about to become homeless, and for whom no other resources are available. Help may be available to pay back rent, past due utility bills, security deposits, utility deposits, and first month’s rent for a new unit, or other expenses that reduce barriers to housing. This program does not prevent eviction proceedings and does not provide case management or help finding housing.
