The Homeless Information Line (HIL) can direct you to the agencies in Charlottesville and the surrounding counties best able to meet your needs—even if that agency is not The Haven itself. The HIL is not answered live and does not provide case management or housing navigation. If you are interested in the Haven’s own housing assistance programs, you can leave a voicemail that will be returned by an HIL operator. The Haven’s programs may include assistance with housing costs, help finding housing, and case management.
